Dinky Toys Supertoys 898 Berliet Truck & Transformator

In the 1950s and 1960s, the French manufacturer Berliet was known for its robust trucks, specifically designed for heavy-duty transport. A typical application was transporting industrial machinery, such as large transformers, for which robust trucks with low-loaders were indispensable.

Dinky Supertoys, the more luxurious Dinky Toys line, released the Berliet Truck & Low-loader with Transformer in the 1960s under number 898. This model impressed with its substantial size and realistic details.
