General Delivery Conditions


-When you have placed an order via, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming your order.

-After receiving the payment of your order, the order will be processed by us and your order will be excluded if the item is not in stock within 3 working days sent to you with PostNL.

-When we order items from third parties at the special request of a customer, we cannot take these items back.


-After receipt of payment for the order, we will proceed to dispatch the order.

-The payment of your order can only be made by bank transfer. You will receive the invoice for this by e-mail.


-All orders are shipped by us within 3 working days if payment is received. When if the order is not in stock, you will receive an e-mail from us in advance.

-We only ship orders via PostNL. If the order is above € 50.00 excluding shipping costs, we will ship via PostNL including Track & Trace.You will see the rate clearly stated on the invoice you have received.

-When Classic Diecast packs your order for shipment, we will do our utmost to do this as carefully as possible to prevent damage during shipment. As soon as we have offered your order at PostNL, Classic-Diecast will no longer be responsible for any loss or damage to the order.

-When you order more than 1 product in 1 order, you only pay shipping costs once.


-In the Classic Diecast webshop there are unique products of which there is no stock (with the exception of the straps and Sio garage parts). It is therefore possible that the product you ordered has just been sold before your order. Classic Diecast apologizes for this. But you will also receive an e-mail from us in which we clarify this.

-Despite the fact that we take great care of our photos in our webshop, it is possible that color differences can still occur.

-The prices shown in the webshop are subject to typing errors and possible price increases.

-All prices include VAT. You will therefore not see any VAT on the invoice. Classic Diecast uses the KOR scheme (VAT exemption for small businesses) We do, however, state any shipping costs.


-If a shipment is damaged or goes missing, Classic Diecast cannot be held liable for this. -If the buyer of products from the Classic Diecast webshop causes damage to the product through improper use, we are not responsible for this.


-If you are not satisfied with your order or if you want to report damage. Then we would like to receive a message within 24 hours of receiving your order via:

-If you think you are entitled to a credit note or a claim, we would like to receive a number of photos of the damaged product and a good description of the complaint.

- We may find your complaint or claim justified. And Classic Diecast can then decide on a partial credit or exchange of the product.

4.2 Return to Classic Diecast.

-If you are really not satisfied with your purchase from Classic Diecast, you have the right to return the product to us.

-The shipping costs for returning the product are at the buyer's expense.

-We will credit the product itself to you. We do not credit the shipping costs.

-The return shipment will not accept Classic Diecast if: The content / product is damaged.

-The content / product is no longer complete.

-When the return has been checked by Classic Diecast and there are no more objections, we will proceed to credit within 24 hours.

- If it turns out that the return shipment does not meet our requirements, we will return the product to the customer and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
