Dinky Toys 503 Porsche Carrera 6

The Dinky Toys 503 Porsche Carrera 6 was produced by Meccano Ltd in Bobigny France, between 1967 and 1971. This model is based on the Porsche 906 Carrera 6, a lightweight racing car that made a splash in the 1960s in endurance races such as the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the Targa Florio.

This model clearly shows the sophistication of Dinky Toys from France.

The Dinky model was released in white with red accents and features realistic details such as a transparent plastic bonnet, a detailed interior and rubber tyres. The car was delivered in the characteristic yellow with transparent plastic bonnet Dinky Toys packaging.
