Corgi Toys 259 Citroën "Le Dandy Coupé"

Elegant and rare scale model of the Citroën DS “Le Dandy Coupé”, released by Corgi Toys between 1966 and 1969 under number 259. This exceptionally beautiful model is based on a luxurious coupé version of the legendary Citroën DS, designed by the French coachbuilder Henri Chapron. The "Le Dandy" was a stylish and exclusive version of the DS, specially built in small numbers for a select audience.

Corgi's miniature version managed to translate the graceful lines of the original perfectly into a beautifully designed scale model.
